Hurricane Isaias' impact may be felt in Florida tonight as storm charts path for US east coast

Heavy rainfall linked to Hurricane Isaias may start drenching portions of Florida Friday night before the Category 1 storm turns and makes its way up the East Coast -- with an expected landfall in North Carolina -- the U.S. National Hurricane Center is now forecasting.
