Trump to press for border wall in SOTU speech

Spokeswoman Kellyanne Conway says that President Trump will deliver a State of the Union speech Tuesday, challenging Democrats to approve funding for his long-sought border wall although another source close to the president said he would stop short of declaring a national emergency over it, at least for now.
