Socialism has led Venezuela to 'despair' : Trump

In his State of the Union speech on Tuesday, President Trump condemned the regime of Nicolas Maduro in Venezuela and said that socialist policies have turned Venezuela from 'being the wealthiest in South America into a state of abject poverty and despair'. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
