INSIGHT: Sen. Tammy Duckworth casts vote with newborn

Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) became the first person to cast a vote on the Senate floor with a newborn baby by her side. Duckworth is also the first sitting U.S. senator to give birth in office.
