Tropical Storm Harvey expected to become a 'major hurricane' before hitting Texas, forecasters say

A hurricane warning was issued early Thursday for a section of the Texas Gulf Coast as straightening Tropical Storm Harvey approaches, which may bring "life-threatening flooding" to portions of the state.
