Trump set to limit U.S. travel and business in Cuba

President Donald Trump is set to announce a plan to tighten rules on Americans traveling to Cuba and significantly restrict U.S. deals with military-linked companies there. Reuters Sarah Marsh gets the reaction in Havana.
