Otto Warmbier's father lashes out at North Korea, blasts Obama inaction

The father of Otto Warmbier, who was medically evacuated from North Korea earlier this week following more than a year in a coma, said Thursday that North Korea “brutalized” his son while holding him hostage as a “war criminal.”
