ASML files patent case against Nikon

(Reuters) - ASML, Europe's largest supplier to semiconductor manufacturers, said it filed patent infringement cases against Nikon in Japan related to semiconductor manufacturing equipment, flat panel display manufacturing equipment and digital cameras.
