EXCLUSIVE: Trump slammed nuclear treaty in first call with Putin

Sources tell Reuters that President Donald Trump railed against a key nuclear treaty in his initial call with Russian President Vladimir Putin last month. Source said Trump alleged the pact that sharply reduces Us and Russian nuclear warheads is skewed in favor of Moscow, but also said Trump seemed not to know details contained in the treaty.
